IT’S THE RESULT OF A SOCIAL PROJECT THAT WAS BORN IN 2000 FOR THE PRODUCTION OF ARTISANAL AND ANCESTRAL MEZCAL. ITS ARTISANAL LINE IS PRODUCED BY EIGHT FAMILIES AND THE ANCESTRAL LINE BY 3 FAMILIES, IN 6 DIFFERENT COMMUNITIES OF THE STATE OF OAXACA.

BACKED BY LOS DANZANTES DISTILLERY, ALIPÚS SEEKS THAT THE TRADITIONS OF MEZCAL PRODUCERS ARE PRESERVED. THE DIFFERENT EXPRESSIONS ARE GIVEN BY THE TERROIR AND THE CONDITIONS WHERE THEY ARE PRODUCED.

ALIPÚS SEEKS TO PROMOTE AND DEVELOP THE PRODUCER FAMILIES OF OAXACA, GIVING DISSEMINATION THROUGH THIS PROJECT.
